🌾 4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour🧂 ½ teaspoon salt🍚 ⅓ cup (70g) sugar🥚 2 large egg yolks🥛 1 cup (240ml) warm milk🍞 2 ¼ teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast🧈 4 tablespoons (60g) melted butter🍋 Zest of 1 lemon (optional, for extra aroma)
For the Walnut Filling (Diós):
🌰 2 cups (200g) ground walnuts🍚 ½ cup (100g) sugar🥛 ½ cup (120ml) warm milk🍯 2 tablespoons honey🍋 ½ teaspoon lemon zest🍦 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Poppy Seed Filling (Mákos):
⚫ 2 cups (200g) ground poppy seeds🍚 ½ cup (100g) sugar🥛 ½ cup (120ml) warm milk🍯 2 tablespoons honey🍋 ½ teaspoon lemon zest🍦 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
